Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take the lead of the production and operation teams of the establishment.
∎ Consult with the Plant Head and develop production schedule for the production of Water, and Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) in the light of forecasted demand generated by Sales and Marketing Teams.
∎ Ensure the optimum level of plant utilization and minimum level of Raw materials wastage in order to increase the plant efficiency as part of the profit maximization drive.
∎ Check the inventory of Raw Materials periodically so that the raw materials buffer stock is available to meet the production demand.
∎ Make liaisons with the Supply Chain Management (SCM), Distributions, and procurement departments on regular basis to ensure the uninterrupted flow of production and delivery.
∎ Train, coach, and provide problem-solving tools to the operational teams to create a culture of fact-based decision-making and analytical skills.
∎ Ensure preventive, scheduled maintenance, and total productive maintenance in coordination with the maintenance team timely and rightly based on TPM.
∎ Maintain communication with foreign machine suppliers for critical troubleshooting of machines and collect required spare parts when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proper Knowledge on SMART Production Plan.
∎ Knowledge on GMP, HACCP, and ISO.
∎ Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and wastage reduction.
