∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Education Qualification may be relaxed for highly exceptional/experienced candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the Factory matter and coordinate accordingly.
∎ Develop and supervise strategic planning to improve paper mill operational efficiency.
∎ Co-ordinate with production department for improving their working procedures.
∎ Ensure good understanding and coordination with all departments/sections.
∎ Reduce production cost by reducing wastage rate.
∎ Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of Paper mill machinery for uninterrupted operation.
∎ Monitor quality control team to reduce wastage ratio.
∎ Analyze production, inventory and stock status and regular report to the management.
∎ Properly handle all kinds of regulatory, Authority, Autonomous, relevant govt. semi govt. and private company affairs.
∎ Managing Industrial Conflicts (considering the threshold and optimum level).
∎ Maintain Factory hygiene and cleanliness.
∎ Security arrangement as per requirement Formulate of different policies Ensure security & safety of the factory premises in coordination with Security Department.
∎ Handling the accidents and such cases, manage, coordination with relevant govt. offices and law enforcing agencies.
∎ Ensure timely reporting to Top Management.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
