∎ Graduation degree from BUFT, Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to have very good knowledge in sourcing and getting new order. Manage existing buyers and bring growth in values & numbers.
∎ Manage36 lines knit garments' marketing & execution of orders.
∎ Communicate with Buyers, liaison office.
∎ Ensure that the quality of goods is maintained up to shipment. Assist the procurement team for sourcing trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard.
∎ Develop annual & quarterly marketing strategy.
∎ Review competitor activity and set strategy.
∎ Source for new market or geographic area to ensure opportunities. Meet potential clients; maintain and leverage your network. In the same time maintain good relation with existing clients.
∎ Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
∎ Present and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new products.
∎ Follow T & A using ERP.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 8-10 years experience in related field
∎ Work in ERP environment.
∎ English and Bengal proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Good communication/negotiation skill and in the same time presentation skill.
∎ Good analytical skill towards building business strategies and implantation and proactive in nature to solve issues on a timely manner.
