∎ Master's. in Accounting, M. Com and C.A article ship along with knowledge level completed/ ACCA/ ICMA partly qualified will be treated

∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ You will be responsible for all Accounts Operation, audit work, Budgeting, Evaluation, internal fund management Controlling.
∎ Workplace-Work at Factory, Mouchak, Kaliakoir, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Bank Book, Ledger and different financial registers.
∎ Prepare monthly Receipts and Payments Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Bank reconciliation statement
∎ Ensure that all types of Vouchers, Bills, Journals, are posted to ERP in time.
∎ Assist in preparing financial statements (Cash flow statement, Income Statements, Balance sheet etc.) for company as monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
∎ Deduct TDS/VDS/ from the bill of suppliers and deposit the same timely.
∎ Maintain accounts receivables & Payables with accuracy rand reconcile them periodically.
∎ Check and verify the pre costing and post costing.
∎ Proficient user of ERP finance software
∎ Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts including monthly and annual reports.
∎ Prepare Monthly/ Half Yearly/ Annual Budget.
∎ Make payment of the supplier bill after final approval
∎ Preparation daily vouchers and all Journal vouchers and post it to ERP software
∎ Checking of all bills/invoices/vouchers and Take approval of all bills/invoices/vouchers from the approval authority according to the power of delegation after confirming the accuracy;
∎ Well knowledge about bond Customs, VAT, AIT, LC Costing.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Above 6 year(s) about Garments/Dyeing related.
