Education:
∎ Diploma in Electrical
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from any Govt. Institute/ any reputed public engineering university (BUET, RUET, KUET, CHUET, DUET) is more preferable.

∎ The Candidates must have experience as a Manager-Maintenance (Electrical Engineer) of Beverage Industry for a minimum period of 3 (Three) years .
∎ Competent knowledge should have the applicants on electrical maintenance for industrial machineries & equipment.
∎ The candidate should having experience of working in factory or in any manufacturing plant preferably in Beverage Industry will be given preference.
∎ The candidate should have capacity for trouble shooting of any electrical issues.
∎ The candidate should have problem solving capacity of the plant Operation.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Having adequate knowledge on Beverage Plant & machineries installation erection & commissioning.
∎ To ensure the production machines and equipment operate in smooth without major stoppage.
∎ To be fully responsible on the machine, attending breakdown, upgrading or modification. To be proactive able to troubleshoot problems to prevent lose time or downtime.
∎ Do daily maintenance and update the checklist.
∎ Ensure to complete the plan maintenance, preventive maintenance.
∎ To learn and be competent to troubleshoot PLC systems, SCADA system, Invertor, Electrical systems.
∎ Assist the production technician during change over.
∎ To ensure spare parts are available and to highlight to the spare parts technicians on the requirements.
∎ Having adequate knowledge on Electrical equipment & programing trouble shooting and resolve. Responsible to alert the Maintenance Leader, Executive or the Manager of any unusual occurrence and /or damage that have taken place or may occur.
∎ Repairs and maintains machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, and fans.
∎ Repairs and maintain mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning. Diagnoses problems. Disassembles units, cleans, lubricates, repairs, and replaces parts.
∎ To be hands on, to work as a team and to help other Maintenance on Facilities, Boilers or WWTP as when as needed.
∎ To ensure SOP are completed and to follow as what written in SOP.
∎ Adequate knowledge about machine design, Motor, Generator winding, Winding materials, operation, maintenance and trouble shooting, Electrical erection etc. Commission and installation of Electrical and Electronic machineries.
∎ Adequate knowledge about drawing and design of electrical and electronics circuit and machineries.
∎ Adequate knowledge about Cable, Conductor, Wire and their application grade of insulation method. Fuse and sensing element, Safety and security of electricity and their hazardless and protection.
∎ Responsible for the safety of all electrical devices.
∎ Design power generation and distribution, grounding, lighting system.
∎ Execution, installation, commissioning monitoring and controlling of all electrical, fire detection and fire protection system works of plant.
∎ Estimation, co-ordination, repairing, maintenance & verification of all types of electrical works of plant.
∎ Provides accurate measures to avoid overload of operating electrical equipment and proper maintenance program.
∎ Provides proper instruction to operate the entire electrical devices under safety limits.
∎ Track performance of electrical equipment's & initiate implement actions.
∎ Coordinate and lead the technical support team with effective leadership.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly report and submit to the management.
∎ Chiller, air compressor, Boiler operation and maintenance.
∎ Gas generator, Substation installation, commissioning and operation. To responsible for maintenance of existing production linens Beverages, Hot fill, Dehydration, Drinks and Husky.
