B.Sc in Textile Technology/Engineering

• At least 8 years

• Age At least 35 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Dyeing Factory.

• Exhaust dyeing & finishing.

• Experience to handle different sub contact factories and in house Garments.

• Experience to handle different types of fashion fabrics.

• Handling of processing chemistry and chemicals used.

• Responsible for knitted Dyeing production to produce excellent quality in all aspects.

• Monitor the recipe formulation, shade matching, M/C utilization, time schedule and workload as per weekly / Monthly Target.

• Meet per day production target and RFT Control of every Batch.

• Responsible for production management, efficiency and maintenance of the machines.

• Good knowledge on knit dyeing, dyeing machine capacity, Cotton, nylon & Polyester dyeing, single jersey, Lycra jersey, terry, fleece rib dyeing.

• Strong knowledge of process and fabric faults and their remedies.

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Knitting dyeing department.

• Monitor Knitting Dyeing processes to ensure quality control and adherence to color fastness requirements of the customers.

• Optimize Knitting Dyeing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Maintain in development stage to bulk all test parameter according to buyer requirement.

• To make necessary Knitting Dyeing finishing production plan as per the shipment schedule provided by merchandising or production planning department Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.

• Work with the other department for committed orders and monitor the production Critical Path regularly to ensure on time shipment.

• Communication with merchants and production team for final finishing.

• Maintain data for the development stage to bulk all test parameter according to buyer requirement and for future bulks.
