∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and HR best practices.
∎ Strong leadership and people management skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR Strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Manage Full Recruitment Cycle, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
∎ Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
∎ Oversee performance management, including KPI setting, performance appraisals, and career development.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
∎ Maintain an HR information system (HRIS) for employee records, attendance, and payroll processing, Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
∎ Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions as per company policy.
∎ Implement employee engagement programs to improve workplace culture and motivation.
∎ Oversee office administration, logistics, and overall operational support.
∎ Ensure smooth daily operations in corporate offices and retail outlets.
∎ Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
∎ Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all locations.
∎ Monitor and manage safety, security, and compliance issues.
∎ Implement risk management strategies for crisis management and emergency response.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for administrative needs.
∎ Ensure company compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and corporate policies.
∎ Maintain proper documentation for audits, labor inspections, and other regulatory requirements.
∎ Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees.
∎ Monitor working conditions to prevent labor disputes and ensure employee welfare.
∎ Ensure adherence to fire, health, and safety regulations in all retail outlets and office locations.

∎ Human Resource Management:
