Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, networking or equivalent degree on related technologies or a similar field with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any government approved university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with senior leadership to implement change management, project planning, resource allocation, steering committee leadership, and team organisational structure management.
∎ Responsible for Planning, Developing, Implementing and Managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system’s life-cycle
∎ Ensure that relevant management information and processes are maintained, captured, analysed, and disseminated along with technical design and implementation while constantly improving processes in alignment with organisational needs
∎ Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets while recommending improvements to various business processes
∎ Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs. Also need to lead the implementation of new organizational process aligned with ERP configuration
∎ Work to provide SOPs and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
∎ Track, analyse and communicate risks and opportunities as well as oversee and resolve any possible disputes.
∎ Contribute to proposal review and vendor selection strategies.
∎ Provide guidance to management as well as internal and external stakeholders on project activities.
∎ Communicate project needs regularly and effectively to direct reports and project sponsors.
∎ Act as counselor, coach, support and assist the internal ERP implementation team on-premise and remotely.
∎ Work to provide SOPs and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have at least 05 years’ experience in the related areas including 1 to 3 years in supervisory role.
