Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing & implementing HR, Payroll and Admin Policies, Rules and Regulations as per company guidelines and industry best practices.
∎ Lead all activities regarding compliance and auditing related to spinning such as GOTS, OCS, BSCI, Inditex, etc.
∎ Perform different kinds of legal assignments as per management requirement.
∎ Managing housekeeping and upkeep of all assets inside factory premises, including factory floors and other structures.
∎ Coordination with any regulatory and government bodies in relation to any regulatory and compliance issues.
∎ Performing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.
∎ We are looking for a professional experienced in the spinning industry to perform the following tasks:
