Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing various management reports related to cost reduction analyses and in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvements by providing various reports and accomplish any other job as assigned by the Department Head/ Management/Board as and when basis.
∎ Participate in making budgetary plan, analysis of variance and efficiency, cost-volume- profit analysis and capital budgeting.
∎ Ensuring compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS), Bangladesh Accounting Standards (BAS), Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS), all rules & regulations of Tax and VAT laws and all rules & regulations of company laws.
∎ Direct Monitoring & Supervision of Conducting External/ Internal Audit.
∎ Daily check & review of all Financial Transactions with proper documents and monitoring of overall transaction processing according to BFRS, BAS, BSA &GAAP regularly.
∎ Checking Accounts module within closing of each month is as per frames of GAAP and Financial Reporting Standard / Accounting Standards.
∎ Monitoring the records of fixed assets & inventories, also carry out periodic reconciliation.
∎ Periodic inventory valuation and Fixed Assets Schedule and direct monitoring of generation of Accounts Receivables and Payables reports,
∎ Reconcile accounts and communicate to DGM by improving transaction processing, recording and reporting of all such activities accurately in the system.
∎ Transaction processing & keeping records of all closing, adjusting and correcting journals with all supporting documents of as on monthly and quarterly basis.
∎ Direct Monitoring of Inter-company and related parties accounts management with the team.
∎ Helps in Managing debtors and creditors, cost of capital accumulation, advance, margins, deposits, prepayments & investments
∎ Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half- yearly and Yearly financial statements that comprises statement of financial position (balance sheet).
∎ Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half- yearly and Yearly profit or loss statement.
∎ Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half- yearly and Yearly statement of cash-flows
