∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Boiler Maintenance, Heavy Gas Generator Operations and Maintenance, Industrial Utility Equipment, Utility Management, Washing machine
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out schedule/ preventive maintenance of electrical & electro-mechanical machineries inside the factory including Generator, Boiler, Compressor etc. by providing his right direction as well as to develop a good maintenance workforce.
∎ Overall responsibility to Maintenance & Utility department of an entire plant contains Boiler, Compressor, Generator and Garments machinery.
∎ Ensure designing, drawing, Planning & making factory layout plan for all the new & old factories of the group has asked by the higher authority.
∎ Ensure that the electrical installations of the factories are compliant according to national and international regulations.
∎ Electricity Rules 1937 and BNBC - 2006.
∎ Work on different Electrical CAPs given by relevant buyers.
∎ Ensure installation, maintenance & repairing of all types of electrical channel, lighting system, power point & all other electrical works which are needed to run a factory.
∎ Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
∎ Ensure the smooth function of utility services.
∎ Lead & monitor regular maintenance works of all kind of garment, machinery.
∎ Schedule maintenance of process, Boiler, Compressor, Generator, Lift, Mini Washing & dryer, AC, Utility machinery and Sub Station.
∎ Preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery Weekly, Monthly/ Yearly.
∎ Adhered to repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Cutting, Sewing, Boiler & Compressor etc.
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment's and machinery.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance, along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
∎ Any other assignments are given by the management time to time.
