Education:
  • MBA in HRM/ Masters in Management or in any discipline.
  • Having PGDHRM/ PGDPM will be preferred.

  • Knowledge of management, supervisory, leadership methods and principles.

  • Knowledge of organization, operating procedures, and policies of the human resource department.

  • Fair knowledge of techniques of interviewing, selecting and recruiting applicants for employment.

  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and processes.

  • Relevant computer software and hardware applications knowledge.

  • Ability to manage and develop employee coach, counsel, plan, delegate, train, direct, mentor, evaluate, and discipline.

  • Ability to speak, write and read the English language.

  • Able to motivate individuals in achieving goals and objectives.

  • Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new recruitment techniques, methods, and procedures.

  • Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.

  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.

  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Responsible to make and implement Factory HR, Admin & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.

  • Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006, Factories Act-1979, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law-2003 and ILO convention Relevant on RMG sector in Bangladesh.

  • To prepare factory for facing different audit such as Accord, Alliance, WRAP, social / ethical/environmental / technical etc.

  • Maintain the local and foreign guest, Ticketing & Visa processing, Passport Renewal Process, and Protocol System.

  • Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.

  • Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.

  • To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.

  • Prepare job description of employees.

  • Maintain healthy relation among all departments of all factory units under the group for better functioning of the organization.

  • Communicate with BGMEA, BEPZA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.

  • Capable to deal with all other HR, Admin and Compliance related matters.

  • Responsible for legal issues of administration like- GD Entry and drafts, FIR Drafts, Charge sheet, Service matter cases etc.

  • To maintain the vehicle registration and fitness certificate procedure.

  • To make lease/ contract agreement.
