Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for finishing feeding to get the right quality first time.
∎ Monitor finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with team and buyer representative for on time inspection.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing skilled manpower.
∎ Ensure to start the finishing production as per monthly production plan in time.
∎ Monitor & control finishing quality system.
∎ Make a good plan to finish the product by considering urgency, smooth running of production.
∎ Act as team leader for betterment of production, process, resources as well as environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
