Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years of Graduation in any discipline from reputed university. Business graduates preferred
∎ Professional degree or Certification on Risk Management will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing risk and designing/calibrating Risk Management Strategy, and maintaining MIS for various external & internal stakeholders of the bank
∎ Support Chief Risk Officer, Head of Enterprise Risk Management in developing and implementing Risk Management Strategy
∎ Preparation and presentation of the information pack for Board’s Risk Management Committee, Executive Risk Management committee and other stakeholders
∎ Regulatory Reporting
∎ Implementation of Enterprise Risk Management Framework (Risk governance, assessment, monitoring and reporting)
∎ Lead Process Development and re-engineering Initiatives related to Basel accords
∎ Coordinate Enterprise Risk Management special projects
∎ Regulatory and Internal Audit Management
∎ Manage the production of executive level communication and management information, including ERMC, Board, Board’s Risk Management Committee on Risk materials and maintain the relationship with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Interacting with Bangladesh Bank/ peer banks to get clarity of new policies/guidelines issued
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Leadership position in the Business, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance or related in depth knowledge of Wholesale/Commercial/SME/Retail businesses
∎ Analytical skills and an eye for detail
∎ Superior Numerical and writing skills
∎ Ability to understand broader business issues
∎ Communication and presentation skill
∎ Strong influencing, planning and execution skills
∎ Strong team player
∎ Ability to build working relationships across the bank
