Develop comprehensive marketing plans for project launches, branding, and sales promotions.
Always staying abreast of involving trends such as digital marketing, virtual tours and sustainability practices for success in the competitive real estate market.
Must possess the capacity to play vital role in creating brand awareness, generating leads and alternately increasing sales.
Having capacity of working closely with sales, design and developments team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
