Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager/Deputy Manager- PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Implementation and follow up production plans to meet customer demand while maximizing resource utilization.
∎ Collaborate with various departments, including production, Supply chain team, and Merchant team to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand while maximizing resource utilization.
∎ Capacity Estimation and utilization to meet Order Management Progression.
∎ Prepare TNA with the Merchant Team for Material plan.Prepare Line Plan and Order tracking with execution on time delivery.
∎ Follow-up as well ensure Fabric, Trims and accessories are in housed on time.
∎ Ensure production scheduling.Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.
∎ Find out the causes & remedies of manufacturing wastes and loss to take necessary steps to in all operating areas.
∎ Keen Monitoring Cutting, Sewing & Packing Plan vs Achievement.
∎ Roll play as Team work environment with the co relation of concern persons.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the Management·
∎ Measure Monthly KPI’S: PCD, Cat to ship ratio, On Time delivery, Plan performance Index.
