∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Candidate must have experience in oven garments ( Pant, Jacket, Shirt, Denim, Non Denim, Seam Sealing, Quilting Jacket, Padding Jacket etc.)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set appropriate quality standards and tolerances within acceptable limits (AQL) with regards to raw material and production quality, quality manual.
∎ Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) tool is in place & working.
∎ Monitor inspection of raw materials and accessories of the garment and durability testing in terms of color & quality.
∎ Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly.
∎ Monitor random inspection at final stage Train and grow local resources in terms of technical skills.
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Conduct quality meeting to meet the requirements of buyer and corrective action.
∎ Monitor fabric inspection to shipment.
∎ Manage all types of email communication and follow-ups.
