Experience:

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• HSC

Candidate must have below software experience:

• Gemini x9

• Lectra

• Opitax

• Gerber

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At least 25 years

• Prepare and develop computerized garment patterns using CAD software (Gemini X9, Lectra, Optitax, Gerber) according to buyer specifications and production requirements.

• Assist in pattern making, grading, marker planning, and pattern correction for different garment styles.

• Modify and update patterns based on sample fitting comments, technical sheets, and production feedback.

• Ensure accurate measurements, fitting, and pattern consistency before bulk production.

• Coordinate with the sample, cutting, merchandising, and production departments for smooth workflow.

• Prepare efficient markers to minimize fabric consumption and improve production efficiency.

• Maintain and organize digital pattern files, records, and related documentation.

• Support senior pattern technicians in sample development and production troubleshooting.

• Check fabric shrinkage, pattern balance, and technical specifications during pattern development.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned pattern work to meet production schedules and buyer deadlines.

• Follow company quality standards, compliance requirements, and safety procedures.

• Assist in training junior staff or operators related to CAD pattern processes when required.
