Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/MBA or Equivalent Degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD Gerber software, woven factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in using Garber software for pattern making.
∎ To ensure consumption , pattern development and grading.
∎ To ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making 100% accurate marker at best.
∎ To ensure sample quality, styling, measurement fitting etc and all technical aspects fully comply with the buyers requirements.
∎ Review and understand buyer and department heads comments on pattern sample and ensure necessary corrections as required by the buyer.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising, factories and production team members.
∎ To run the operation of CAD & Sample Section with more than 30 people and supervise the work of junior staff &
∎ operators.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor Sample and CAD design standards & procedures to meet customer needs.
∎ Prepare the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer expectation.
∎ Ensure sample approval rate as per KPI.
∎ Provide guidance and direction to CAD team to ensure operational & technical excellence.
∎ Supervise pattern correction and Provide Technical Support where necessary during sample development & production;
∎ Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection.
∎ Responsible for pattern direction, fabric selection, proto and tech packs preparation as per instruction of buyers
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Support and advise the team to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ Digitizing the patterns (given by the pattern maker), carrying out alterations, adjustments, and grading as per instructions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have 2-3 years working experience in the same position.
