Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/M.Sc. (Finance) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strong pipeline of good quality investment opportunities;
∎ Prepare project appraisal reports, financial models, risk grading models, agenda paper, memo, presentation for CRM/CC/Board meetings and review and finalize loan documentations;
∎ Assist in fund arrangements deals through preparing IM, financial model, meeting with potential lenders and closing deals;
∎ Perform agency function and monitor financial, operational, environmental & social performance of projects;
∎ Prepare necessary reporting for credit lines from MDBs/DFIs;
∎ Attend prospective clients, maintain liaison with regulatory authorities, bilateral and multilateral institutions, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Bengali;
∎ Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation softwares;
∎ Minimum 5 (for Manager) / 7 (for AVP) years of work experience in the relevant sector.

Salary:
∎ Manager : BDT 116,308 Assistant Vice President : BDT 139,569
