∎ 3–7 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in grocery, FMCG, or halal products.
∎ Proven leadership ability with strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Committed to Islamic values, halal business principles, and ethical conduct.
∎ Familiar with the Chattogram market, local retailers, and sales networks.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage all retail, wholesale, and B2B sales activities.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and channel partners.
∎ Set and achieve monthly sales targets while promoting halal, high-quality products.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies for different customer segments (home delivery, shops, offices, institutions).
∎ Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Collect market feedback and suggest improvements to the product offering and service.
∎ Represent the company with professionalism, sincerity, and respect for Islamic business ethics.
∎ Train and guide junior sales staff in customer handling and Islamic values of honesty and service.
∎ Position Overview:
