∎ Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data entry, reporting, or MIS roles (preferably in FMCG or grocery industry).
∎ Strong skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting software.
∎ Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential data with care.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Record and maintain daily sales data from retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
∎ Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to verify order completion and payment status.
∎ Identify sales trends, variances, and stock movement for decision-making.
∎ Manage customer and product databases using spreadsheets or accounting/MIS software.
∎ Provide regular updates to senior management with transparency and integrity.
∎ Support audit and reconciliation processes with proper documentation.
∎ Ensure all MIS practices are clean, halal, and compliant with company values.
∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are urgently seeking a Sales MIS Officer to maintain and manage daily sales records, analyze sales performance, and support the management team with accurate data. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, responsible, and grounded in Islamic values of honesty and discipline.
