Additional Requirements:
- Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email communication.
- Strong knowledge of furnace operations, melting practices, and metallurgical properties of aluminium alloys.
- Leadership ability to guide and manage the casting furnace team effectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall operations of the aluminium casting plant, including production planning and execution.
Oversee aluminium mould casting and maintenance of mould boxes to ensure smooth and continuous production.
Handle furnace operations, alloy preparation, and estimate chemical requirements on a batch-wise basis.
Supervise quality control activities, manpower management, and ensure safe, efficient billet/ingot production.
Optimize production processes, reduce downtime, maintain cost control, and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.
