• Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email communication.
• Strong knowledge of furnace operations, melting practices, and metallurgical properties of aluminium alloys.
• Leadership ability to guide and manage the casting furnace team effectively.

• Manage overall operations of the aluminium casting plant, including production planning and execution.

• Oversee aluminium mould casting and maintenance of mould boxes to ensure smooth and continuous production.

• Handle furnace operations, alloy preparation, and estimate chemical requirements on a batch-wise basis.

• Supervise quality control activities, manpower management, and ensure safe, efficient billet/ingot production.

• Optimize production processes, reduce downtime, maintain cost control, and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.
