Job Context:
∎ Scope:
∎ The Manager - Works HR is responsible for maintaining harmonious employee relations in the factory and overseeing recruitment, smooth operations of HR processes, administration of benefits, welfare and engagement initiatives in the factory. Monitoring adherence to BEPZA statutory regulations and compliance in the factory is also critical to the role.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive seamless implementation of HR plans, Employee life cycle process and employee engagement activities of the factory?.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for administration of employee salaries?.
∎ Administer HR activities (for e.g.: supporting employee welfare and benefits administration etc.).
∎ Lead and manage the Plant Works HR team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, 2-4 years of experience in managing Human Resources function for 1000-1500 plant cadre.
∎ Ability to drive vision and change, and drive results?.
∎ Ability to excite and engage customers as well as inspire employees?.
∎ Possess Excellent communications skills.
