Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of plant budget and monitoring adherence to the same
∎ Managing factory overheads including monitoring target vs. actuals (monthly/quarterly) and suggesting corrective actions as needed
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders for value creation projects (cost optimization, productivity improvement, SWORD, etc.)
∎ Ensuring governance and adherence to internal control systems in the factory, preparing MIS and other reports for Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 - 3+ years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of financial budgeting, overhead management and financial accounting
∎ Sound understanding of factory operational processes
