Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee seamless implementation of HR plans and employee life cycle processes at the Plant
∎ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for administration of employee salaries, welfare, benefits and initiatives etc.
∎ Ensure compliance to statutory regulations and maintain harmonious employee relations at the Plant
∎ Lead and manage the Plant Works HR team

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Must be self motivated, energetic and capable to work under pressure
∎ Ability to drive vision and change, and drive results?.
∎ Ability to excite and engage customers as well as inspire employees?.
