∎ JOB PURPOSE: The role is to implement women entrepreneurship development project in selected branches
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement women economic empowerment and Gender Transformative Microfinance Projects in field level
∎ Support the research on Gender Transformative Microfinance pilot
∎ Create an Online Market Place for women entrepreneurs
∎ Initiate branding on physical shop of women entrepreneurs in the selected branches
∎ Engagae rigoriously in indentifying trades for women entrepreneurs and connect them with market
∎ Take various interventions, campaign for increasing women entrepreneurs
∎ Ensure effective monitoring of projects to drive execution smoothly
∎ Prepare periodical reports to track progress
∎ 50% working days of the month will be spent in field Visit for following up clients for successful implementation of the initiatives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands on experience on Microfinance operations and industries, basic gender equality knowledge or sensitivity, Project management
∎ Microsoft Office software applications Word, Excel, Power Point
∎ Effective communication, proactiveness and interpersonal skills
∎ Effective problem-solving, analysing data, and learning attitude skills
∎ Minimum 2 years in Microfinance sector and/or any other sector related to gender
Salary: Negotiable
