Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the monthly sales demands of domestic & industries for LPG Cylinder.
∎ Work for continual development of EHS practice in plant premises.
∎ Supervise daily operational activities & maintain proper communication along with sales distribution, logistics, and finance team.
∎ Follow the proper practice of SOP for all types of machinery & operations.
∎ Monitor log sheets & schedule maintenance of LPG pumps, Compressor, Air Compressor, Generator, and other instruments.
∎ Organize the daily operational activities and distribution of work among subordinates & supervisors.
∎ Observe & take corrective action on any maintenance works in the LPG network, Firefighting system, and utility system of the plant.
∎ Monitor housekeeping program to consistently improve its standards.
∎ Ensure periodical inspections of various safety and lifesaving equipment, firefighting equipment, gas detectors, flame detectors, smoke detectors, etc.
∎ Coordinate SH&E training of employees to ensure competency of workforce.
∎ Implement SOP for every piece of equipment of the plant.
∎ Guide LPG plant personnel with safety briefings and toolbox talks.
∎ Implement of LPG unloading checklist, procedure, and documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good knowledge of ERP software.
∎ Must be good at Computer literacy.
∎ Must have the working experience to work in LPG filling plant.
