Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
∎ Conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
∎ Lead the training programs including preparation of monthly training schedule, training module, arrangement of training materials.
∎ Facilitate different training to enhance employee morale and improve efficiency.
∎ Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
∎ Develop different analysis report that meets top management information needs.
∎ Supervise, guide and monitor training team to ensure positive experience.
