∎ Job Location DEPZ, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The qualified candidates will be responsible to manage the overall activities of the Fabric Knitting, Dyeing and Polar Fleece department and make optimum production of all types of planned required knit fabrics by maintaining proper quality.
∎ He will ensure optimum production of Knit fabrics, Dyeing, Polar Fleecing through effective monitoring & coordinating of the work activities of those aforementioned department's staffs.
∎ Maintaining effective liaison with the procurement department to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials for knitting.
∎ Ensure on-time effective liaison with Administration Department to repair and maintenance of production machineries.
∎ Ensure on-time effective liaison with Inventory to repair and maintenance of production machineries.
∎ Take measures for process loss minimization
∎ Lead, train & motivate workforce to get optimum output.
∎ Preparing, analyzing and verifying reports on Knitting, Dyeing & Polar Fleece production
∎ Conducting investigations and root cause analysis of production process troubles, mistakes and mismatches.
∎ Working on ERP to evaluate & analyze data, documentations and production reports for ensuring accuracy.
∎ Reconciling all accessories with cost sheet and booking sheet.
∎ Working on cost minimization & various reports according to the desire of the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years experiences in relevant field.
