• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 5 to 8 years

• Experience as a head or lead in an overseas technical training center and supporting/assisting overseas recruitment interviews is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).

• Understanding of Arabic language is highly desirable.

• Ability to interact with international clients and delegates.

• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software.

• Plan, organize, and supervise civil training programs

• Develop and update training curriculum and materials

• Monitor trainers and ensure effective training delivery

• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance in all training activities

• Assist organizational delegates during overseas recruitment interviews

• Evaluate candidates’ technical competencies for international job placement

• Support and coordinate interview sessions, both online and offline

• Prepare reports and present updates to management
