Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in training, education, overseas recruitment, or skill-development sectors.

Strong understanding of the Middle East job market and overseas employment trends.

Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and lead-generation tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and basic English.

Ability to travel frequently for marketing and promotional activities.

Strong negotiation, networking, and analytical skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote training programs targeting candidates seeking employment in the Middle East.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns—including Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms—to generate leads and enhance visibility.

  • Coordinate offline marketing activities such as seminars, roadshows, campus visits, leaflet distribution, and partnerships with local agents.

  • Manage and monitor advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective lead generation.

  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, local training institutes, community leaders, and other potential referral partners.

  • Identify new markets, districts, and channels to expand reach and increase trainee enrollment.

  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth conversion of inquiries to admissions.

  • Conduct market analysis on overseas job trends, especially GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait).

  • Gather competitor insights and provide recommendations for program development and promotional strategies.

  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Assist in the development of promotional materials such as brochures, videos, banners, and digital content.

  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.

  • Ensure high-quality customer service and professional communication with prospective trainees and partners.
