Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in training, education, overseas recruitment, or skill-development sectors.
Strong understanding of the Middle East job market and overseas employment trends.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and lead-generation tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and basic English.
Ability to travel frequently for marketing and promotional activities.
Strong negotiation, networking, and analytical skills.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote training programs targeting candidates seeking employment in the Middle East.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns—including Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms—to generate leads and enhance visibility.
Coordinate offline marketing activities such as seminars, roadshows, campus visits, leaflet distribution, and partnerships with local agents.
Manage and monitor advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective lead generation.
Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, local training institutes, community leaders, and other potential referral partners.
Identify new markets, districts, and channels to expand reach and increase trainee enrollment.
Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth conversion of inquiries to admissions.
Conduct market analysis on overseas job trends, especially GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait).
Gather competitor insights and provide recommendations for program development and promotional strategies.
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
Assist in the development of promotional materials such as brochures, videos, banners, and digital content.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.
Ensure high-quality customer service and professional communication with prospective trainees and partners.
