Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

Diploma or Trade Certificate in Welding / Fabrication / Mechanical Technology.

Certified welder (AWS, ISO, or equivalent preferred).

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

• Only Male

Minimum 3–5 years of practical welding experience, preferably overseas.

Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of international welding standards and trade tests.

• Conduct practical and classroom training in welding techniques.

• Train candidates on different welding positions (1G–6G).

• Teach welding on various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum (as required).

• Follow international standards such as AWS, ISO, ASME, or employer-specific requirements.

• Prepare trainees for overseas trade tests, interviews, and skill assessments.

• Ensure strict adherence to welding safety practices and PPE usage.

• Train candidates on workplace safety, fire prevention, and hazard control.

• Maintain workshop discipline according to international HSE standards.

• Assess trainee performance through practical tests and theory exams.

• Identify skill gaps and provide corrective training.

• Maintain accurate trainee progress records and attendance.

• Properly operate, maintain, and monitor welding machines, tools, and consumables.

• Ensure efficient use of materials and reduce wastage.

• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and inspection-ready.

• Guide candidates on overseas work culture, employer expectations, and productivity standards.

• Train candidates on reading drawings, WPS, symbols, and basic fabrication skills.

• Support candidates in understanding trade test requirements of Middle East, Europe, and other regions.
