Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide Monthly Sample Plan with the New Style Details & Sewing Target.
∎ Plan for Pre-production procedure (Size Set, Initial/Pilot)
∎ Critical process analysis, Development & Ensuring good quality.
∎ Providing technical decisions in the development stage, sampling stage as well in production stage.
∎ Sampling & Pattern Follow up, Provide SMV to Marketing & IE Department for Future Styles BRBR Weekly review meeting with Factory Head & Marketing Head to analyze risk factor issues in production stage.
∎ Monitoring PTP (Performance to Plan) for Sample section of all units BRSupport to Production & implement new method improvement through innovation.
∎ Ensure 100% Export Quality as per Buyer Requirement BRMonitoring operator skill inventory
∎ Motivational Activities through the staff level by different type of presentation.
