∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knit Garment Industry, Technical operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the product/sample development based on design, sketch & measurement chart given by customers.
∎ Ensuring the accuracy of pattern as per measurement chart.
∎ Confirming the accuracy of fitting on dummy/3D BROWZWEAR.
∎ Ensuring the production friendly sewing process for smooth production.
∎ Solving the problems regarding pattern, sewing & dummy fitting through communication with customers.
∎ Uploading the sample measurement & dummy fitting report in online system of customers.
∎ Ensuring the proper implementation of 3D BROWZWEAR software.
∎ Development of production friendly sewing process through BROWZWEAR/3D Software.
∎ Communication & correspondence with customers, factories and suppliers, ensure delivery to customer requirement.
∎ Maintain & monitoring critical path analysis, Time and action to achieve customer sample delivery timeline.
∎ Responsible to make the preproduction meeting for all the new upcoming style involving all the key dept. head to make everyone aware about the new style.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Well Behaved and convincing.
∎ Well conversant with 3D BROWZWEAR software.
∎ Ability to promote product through PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
