∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSC,CSE,ICT,ICE,ETE
∎ Skills Required: JIRA, Microsoft project, Project Management, Sharepoint
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and proactively facilitating assigned projects
∎ Expertise in project management-related activities like requirement gathering, defining scope, developing a detailed project plan, managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques, etc.
∎ The ability of conflict management & resolution.
∎ Internal & external stakeholder management.
∎ Address and mitigate different types of project risks, dependencies, and blockers by taking ownership
∎ Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
∎ Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
∎ Managing and maintaining compliance(e.g.-PCI-DSS) along with initiating and completing compliance-related issues
∎ Engaging in periodical health-check of major projects to ensure the maintenance of project management artifacts, project management lifestyle, relevant processes, and monitoring the projects to address the gaps to ensure timely delivery
∎ Contributing to organizational process standardization & continuous development of project management best practices
∎ Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Additional Requirements:
∎ Project Management skills with PMP certification (preferred)
∎ Proven work experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role
∎ Experience in project management from conception to delivery
∎ Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project/Microsoft Planner/ Microsoft SharePoint/JIRA etc
∎ Excellent documentation skills.
∎ Expertise in process development & Compliance management
∎ Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
∎ Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
∎ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
∎ Problem-solving skills
