Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible to follow up yarn, Dyes & chemical as per PR and ensure Pl and Sales Contract/ LC and confirm price for bulk ordering.
Responsible for Identify and evaluate suppliers for yarns, dyes, and chemicals to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery.
Responsible for following up production to ensure TNA wise goods in-house, ensure on time supplier payment. (Process all billing docs), weekly and monthly
Responsible to source and negotiation of trims, items analyze quality and price with other suppliers, ensure TNA and consumption wise yarn inhouse.
Responsible to rationalize yearly item wise supplier to reduce the cost.
Responsible for Monitoring team closely to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or disruptions early.
Responsible for using analytics and real-time data to anticipate potential problems before they escalate.
Proactively troubleshoot issues and escalate to management as necessary.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Any report regarding yarn, dyes and chemical demand by Management
