Knowledge of budgeting, sales, business operations & development, strategic planning, procurement and supply chain process
Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
Must be able to design Strategic planning, Budgeting, Monitoring tools and Techniques, Independent and capable of independent decision making, thinking out of box.
Partner with cross-functional teams in improving proprietary tools and system
Manage timely data collection to update operational matric to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, eliminate errors and streamline processes
Contribute operational information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; resolve problems and identify trends
Coordinate, manage and monitor workings of various departments
Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various department of the enterprises
Identify problems and bottle neck within the enterprises using data analysis and data modeling techniques
Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
Look for new market trends, ideas for the organization to grab and make benefit out of it
Work on project basis drive end-to-end performance
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Perform any other jobs as assigned by the supervisor
