Job Context:
∎ 100% Export Oriented Garments, Triple Apparels Ltd. (Lingerie Garments) under Partex Star Group is looking for a Manager, Store for its Lingerie Garments Industry located at Mawna, Sreepur, Gazipur.
∎ The position only Manager, Store - Lingerie and the incumbent is responsible for overall activities and outcome of an assigned segment of business account with absolute integrity and honesty.

∎ Job Location: Mawna, Sreepur, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all store activities- General Store, Raw Material Store and Finished Goods Warehouse.
∎ Lead the warehouse/store team for effective management of store operation & materials management. Like materials receiving, inspection, storage, issuance.
∎ Plan, implement & utilize warehouse/store space at an optimum level.
∎ Ensure proper management of identifying & segregation of damaged/rejected/redundant/non-moving or unusable stock as per company policy.
∎ Ensure proper storage of products to assure quality as per company requirement.
∎ Managing distribution process efficiently and effectively.
∎ Planning future capacity requirements.
∎ Exercise general control over all activities in Store Department.
∎ Maintain day to day store activities Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
∎ Maintaining store related works document (such as: Material received & delivery register, Needle register, MRR, SR,GRN etc ).
∎ Maintaining an effective relationship with purchase dept., merchandiser dept, and production dept.
∎ Motivate to store team to perform efficiently and effectively.
∎ Monitoring daily receiving Fabrics, Accessories & all materials Stock keeping, ledger entry & delivery as per requirement/requisition.
∎ Ensure space for every material.
∎ Generate daily/monthly/quarterly Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report to the concerned authority
∎ Proper Housekeeping to maintain the stores safe, well-organized, hygienic and healthy and ensure that the environment and activities are in line with buyers requirements
