Educational Requirements:
∎ Textile Graduates (Major in wet processing/spinning) from reputed University, will be preferable.
∎ Qualification may be relaxed in case of deserving candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Negotiation Skills, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate all yarn purchase acquisitions and issue yarn purchase orders on regular basis and follow-up yarn purchase and provide optimal level of customer services and prepare all reports to identify cost cutting initiatives.
∎ Manage all communication for yarn purchase orders with vendors, accounts and commercial department and resolve all purchase issues to process all invoices.
∎ Design all department communication plans and prepare and provide update to all merchandisers and management by analyzing all costs to identify all causes and assist suppliers to resolve all old invoice/PI issues.
∎ Manage and distribute quality to all requests after confirming yarn test quality report.
∎ Coordinate with knitting and dyeing unit for ensuring smooth supply of yarn in a timely basis.
∎ Prepare budgets for all purchasing procedures and design packages for all projects and maintain all cost code for items and design all item codes for inventory and coordinate with trade partners for all new items.
∎ Analyze all vendor invoices and evaluate it with all quantity received and manage inventory of all items and recommend elimination of all out of stocks and develop all purchase orders and assign appropriate purchase order for same.
∎ Maintain records of all purchase order and associate documents for all processes and maintain knowledge on all open order and its status and provide assistance to all purchasing staff and manage all calls for purchasing and delivery schedule.
∎ Monitor all rates of production on everyday basis and coordinate with supplier and production unit to introduce new projects and ensure achieve of all support service objectives to facilitate sales and develop appropriate sourcing strategy.
∎ Execute the responsibilities of a company according to lawful and ethical standards or as assigned by supervisors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(S): Purchase / Procurement, Supply Chain and should yarn procurement for knit composite.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(S): Knit Composite
∎ Excellent in written and oral communication in both Bangla and English.
∎ Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
∎ Personal Situation-Must be mature and domestically secure.
∎ Computer Skills- Must be adept in use of MS Office 2008 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email
∎ Literacy and Numeracy: Able to understand basic business calculations, e.g., percentages and ratio calculations etc.
∎ Communication Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
