∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The candidate should have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in well-known Cotton Spinning Mills, out of which minimum 3 years in the asked position.
∎ Should have thorough knowledge on products & quality parameters
∎ Should be conversant with modern yarn manufacturing quality management system
∎ Should have Strong leadership & professional skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, result oriented & cost conscious
∎ Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize
∎ Should have computer skills & able to produce various reports for the management

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A reputed 100% export based Spinning Mill is looking for potential candidate for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager (Quality) for its factory office located at Habiganj District.
∎ Total Capacity of the plant is 60,000/- spindles (approx.)
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure producing of best Quality Knit Yarns as per the set program.
∎ Candidates having experience in maintaining quality of 100% export based Cotton & Blended Knit Yarn (PC/CVC/Viscose/Melange) are only encouraged to apply.
