∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Discipline/IEP/Textiles Engg.

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Training and knowledge on Mellow Color and GRS, RCS, FSC Certifications might be an additional requirement. Training on ISO 9001 (QMS) will be preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop and implement at Factory’s Total Quality Management strategy with policies, procedures, and initiatives.
∎ Lead cross functional teams to study and develop effective tools, methods, and systems to ensure that the products are of the highest quality.
∎ To create standards used to measure quality results and to drive continuous improvements.
∎ Innovate, improvise, formulate and implement new concepts, techniques, methods and standard operating procedures (SOP) in production and operational management to achieve better quality and productivity.
∎ To take all the necessary initiative to maximize the productivity while simultaneously minimizing waste, improving quality, reducing costs, reducing lead time.
∎ To apply KAIZEN Tools to analysis, problem identifies and find out solution to continuous improvement.
∎ To apply different techniques to eliminates defects of product.
∎ To apply 7 QC tools to solve the quality related troubleshooting issues and implement Total Quality Management at Factory.
∎ Establish and measure key operational performance indicators for the organization and adjust operational tactics to achieve agreed upon performance goals.
∎ To perform any other job as and when required by the Superior & the Management.
