Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering from government institution.
∎ B Sc in Textile Engineering Preferably from Bangladesh University of Textile (BUTEX).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily/monthly production planning as per consent of plant head & achieve target production maintaining standard norms of quality.
∎ Keep in control the breakage in Auto coner, simplex ring frame and maintain the standard working process.
∎ Responsible for idle spindle, hank loss, lot run out, speed loss, etc. & cleaning lot change machines as per requirement
∎ Attain optimal production at minimum process loss
∎ Execute all parameters in different process area instructed by plant head
∎ Ensure segregation of non -conforming product to avoid mix up.
∎ Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
∎ Ability to make effective decision under pressure.
∎ Should be strong in MIS reporting to management.
∎ Liaising among inter departments, purchase & marketing department for different job related issues for smooth operation.
∎ The applicant must have strong leadership to maintain good housekeeping and can handle the production manpower efficiently & capable of hiring/recruiting manpower power against the vacant position of the production department.
∎ Develop a proper sense of responsibility and excellent work ethics among the subordinates for continual improvement of productivity.
∎ Provide proper training & motivate newly appointed personnel as well as existing officers, staff, skill and semi skill workers to get better performances
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 years - 10 years for B.Sc in Textile Engineer (BUTEX) or 12 -15 years for Diploma in Textile engineer.
∎ The applicants should have adequate practical knowledge in both 100% cotton and blended knitted yarn production process.
