Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. In Textiles Engineering in Yarn Maufacturing
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: yarn manufacturing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Spinning Mill Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity of the entire production unit of denim by ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement as well as facilitate procurement of compatible equipment and machinery.
∎ Ensure product design and development and related R&D activities as per the customer requirements.
∎ Manage work in progress costing and quality and provide required customer service.
∎ Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company plans/goals.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities to ensure zero NC.
∎ Responsible for reporting all production related information in prescribed formats within given period and deadlines.
∎ Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the Company policies.
∎ Determine staffing requirements, involve in interview for hiring and training new employees, or oversee those HR processes.
∎ Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.
∎ Ensure and maintain safe, clean and tidy production floor.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ echnical knowledge at the supervisory level and experience of handling related equipment and machinery
∎ Good leadership and motivation skills and strong expertise to head production department
∎ Knowledge and expertise of operation/production management and Quality Assurances system
