• At least 4 years of Experience as Manager / Sr. Manager(Merchandising).

• Must have deep knowledge of all kind of Fabrics, Accessories and costing of Garments, Booking.

• Must have Computer Proficiency; Especially on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) & Internet Browsing.

• Well versed in Monitoring the Garments production & Supply Chain Management.

• Communication, Negotiation and Manageability skills in both English and Bengali (Verbal & Written).

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

• Leadership & Relationship Management.

• Sound Knowledge on Garments Wash.

• Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability.

We are looking for Manager/Senior Manager(Merchandising) to ensure finished products passed through the entire production Lifecycle who Serves as coordinator for the assigned buyers, facilitating decisions on approval of product from Development to Shipment, coordination, managing communication between buyer representatives and the organization.

• Ensuring smooth communication with Clients and Suppliers over Email & Phone on day-to-day merchandising activities and approval.
• Taking All Approvals from Clients and execute Sample Development and Production, including coordinating with the Production team to ensure delivery on time.
• Follow up the Suppliers to in-house trims & accessories, organize all resources, including all materials and order breakdowns, to produce a number of samples and Production as per TNA plan.
• Collaborate with the production and sourcing teams to determine the cost of Woven Garments, including raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and target profit margins to establish appropriate pricing strategies for the products and Negotiate pricing with manufacturers to satisfy client demands and maintain business profitability.
• Participate in Meetings, negotiate deals, prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for both internal and Buyer reviews, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product development, production, and shipments.
• Work with QA team to ensure quality of output is as per approved PP sample, Monitor the Order status and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
• Give inspection booking and timely inspection of the order for which responsible.
• Commercial terms familiarity; able to make packing list, shipping mark approval, shipping docs, working closely with Commercial Department for vessel booking.
• All the major issues must be shared with management time to time for get solution immediately.
