Responsibilities & Context:
- Expert in setting up Email sever.
- Maintenance Access Control with Attendant software, create new user, Remove user. Installing all
- types of Application Software. Configure Outlook & Troubleshooting. Maintenance Windows Server
- Ensure System & Network (Desktop, Computer, Laptop, IP Phone, Attendance Machine Printer sharing,
- Scanners, UPS, LAN, WAN, Hardware and software problems) troubleshooting, maintenance and support.
- Strong knowledge on social communication application like (What's App, ZOOM Google meet,
- Configure outlook etc.)
- Monitoring CC Camera with Overseeing IP surveillance system
- IP Camera Install, Cable Warring, NVR Setup, Cable Connecting.
- Set-up and maintain wireless & wire LAN, wireless router, switch.
- Exchange server, domain server, active-active data center, file server, NAS server
- Monitoring network performance, security, and troubleshooting network issues
- Implementing security policies, managing access controls, and mitigating cyber threats
- Developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss in case of emergencies
