Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

BA /BSc/Masters in any in discipline / BSc/Diploma in Textile Engineering will be preferable

• 2 to 3 years

• Work location would be at factory

• Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.

• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

• Smart in situation handling.

• Excellent interpersonal skill.

• Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.

• Evaluate fabric performance, appearance, and quality against buyer/brand specifications. Collaborate with fabric suppliers, mills, and internal teams for sourcing and development.

• Provide technical support in fabric selection, testing, finishing, and approval processes.

• Monitor lab dips, Shade, hand feel, shrinkage, GSM, color fastness, and other fabric parameters.

• Conduct risk analysis on fabric types before bulk production to avoid potential quality issues.

• Coordinate with QA and Production teams to resolve any fabric-related issue.

• Stay updated on fabric trends, innovations, and new technologies in the textile industry

• Need Buyer wise inspection to delivery handle and update to head of department.

• Time to time reporting to the head of department.
