Educational Requirements:
∎ Textile Graduate/MBA (Textile / Apparel / Marketing) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to day running of department, with strong focus on back-end tasks (production efficiency).
∎ Need for a woven (dying, printing & finishing) factory with aggressive marketing policy.
∎ Applicant must have order in hand currently.
∎ Business development in untouched markets.
∎ Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures and implement solutions.
∎ Assist Management in Forecasting to plan future orders.
∎ Provide consultation and advice to Customer grievances, as and when required.
∎ Authorize compensation (fabric) to Customers after extensive review and consultation with production.
∎ Monitor Market deliveries and ensure it is compatible with company's monthly targets.
∎ Work with factories to ensure quality, production and timely delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having work experience in Textile Company
∎ Strong team building skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Strong communication skills in speaking, reading & writing in English & Bangla.
∎ Should be energetic & smart.
∎ Proficient in MS Offices.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
