∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking

Job Responsibilities:
∎ All kinds of responsibilities regarding Issue Management.
∎ Liaison with regulatory authorities for issue management & listing.
∎ Prepare monthly & quarterly reports for internal and external reporting.
∎ All kinds of responsibilities regarding portfolio operation & CDBL operation.
∎ Settlement of transactions with panel brokers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Part qualification from ICAB/ICMAB will get preference.
∎ 3-4 years working experience with any merchant bank is a must.
∎ The applicants should have knowledge in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Audit, Income Tax, VAT etc.
∎ Strong command in English.
∎ Strong organizational skills, including ability to work independently with little direction.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to work for extended hours.
