∎ Graduation from any recognized university without having 3rd class/division in any examination.
∎ Professional Qualifications (FCA/CFA/ACCA) and any relevant professional qualification will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make major strategic decisions, manage overall operations and resources and become the public face of the company:
∎ An appetite to work in a team-oriented environment with the ability to think creatively and act collaboratively, playing a key role in driving the company's long-term success;
∎ To lead the implementation of the business strategies and policies as per guiding principles;
∎ To ensure profitability targets through revenue maximization;
∎ To drive a sustainable growth, monitor market dynamics and make investments decisions based on market insights even in the difficult times;
∎ To explore new business ideas, acquire sustainable customer base and corporate level services agreement;
∎ To make decisions in the best interest of the Board of Directors, employees and customers;
∎ Maintain liaison with regulators and stakeholders of the company;
∎ Set performance indicators to build the health of a sustainable organization;
∎ Prompt sourcing of manpower to fill vacant positions in the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 15 years working experience in any leading Merchant Bank/ Bank/FI's out of which at least 3 years in a senior role (at least Deputy CEO) in Merchant Bank.
∎ Extensive knowledge on capital market investment, issue management, portfolio management, corporate advisory and relevant regulations;
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla;
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
∎ Self-motivated and able to work with initiative.
